You set your rates

HelpNest does not currently charge a booking fee. You agree payment directly with the families you work with.

Calendar privacy

Optionally connect Google Calendar. Families see when you’re busy or free, not your appointment details.

Clear screening status

Each check you submit shows its status on your profile, so families can see what HelpNest has reviewed.

How to join

Joining takes a few steps. Your profile is listed only after HelpNest reviews it.

  1. Create your account with Google and choose “Offer my services”.
  2. Read and accept the Independent Provider Agreement and Provider Terms.
  3. Add your experience, services, rates and general area.
  4. Submit any screening documents you have (for example a police check or first aid certificate) for review.
  5. Set your usual availability, then submit your profile for review.
