Founding members in Toronto
We’re launching in Toronto and the GTA. Founding members get the same two free months and help shape what we build next by telling us what works. There’s no deadline or member limit attached to this offer today; if that changes, we’ll say so here first.
How the free months and billing work
- Who qualifies for the free months?
- New HelpNest members, once per person. Switching between a care seeker and caregiver account, or opening a second account with the same email, doesn’t restart it.
- When does the trial start?
- When you choose “Start free membership” in your account, after you’ve created your account and accepted the agreements.
- Do I need a payment card?
- No. The two free months don’t require a card.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Your membership pauses unless you choose a paid plan. You’re never charged automatically without first agreeing to monthly billing.
- When does paid billing start?
- Only if you opt in. If you opt in during your trial, your first charge is on the day your free months end, then monthly.
- How do I cancel?
- Any time, from Account → Membership. Your account, agreements, privacy settings and safety reporting stay available whatever your membership status.
- Are taxes included?
- Prices are in Canadian dollars before any applicable taxes, which are shown before you confirm a paid membership.
- Does the membership cover the care itself?
- No. Membership is for using HelpNest. You pay caregivers directly at the rate they set; HelpNest doesn’t charge a commission on care.
Paid plans aren’t open yet. Until they are, memberships run on the free months only, and you’ll never be charged without agreeing first.
